6th International Scientific Conference PSYCHOLOGY AND ITS EXPLANATORY PARADIGMS mind – cognition – information

CONFERENCE OBJECTIVES:

• Debate epistemological aspects related to the nature of knowledge, mental representation and the mind-information relationship.
• Discussion of theoretical models of cognition and interdisciplinary approaches (cognitive psychology, neuroscience, cognitive informatics, etc.).
• Investigation of issues of consciousness, intentionality and meaning.
• Analysis of the problem of human cognition, the process of thinking and information processing.
• Study of different paradigms and theoretical models of personality.
• Aspects of the ego and the constitution of the motivation of human actions; cultivation of effective coping strategies; the path to self-knowledge.
• Proposing new projects, methods and techniques of analysis, methods of knowledge and study of the development and cognitive and creative evolution of the human personality.

Researchers and teachers from the fields of: psychology, pedagogy, philosophy, art, semiotics, anthropology, sociology, political science, communication sciences and public relations, etc. are invited to participate. The works will be published in a collective volume, with academic recognition.

DEADLINE:

September 14, 2025 – Submission of titles and abstracts in Romanian and English (maximum 250 words and 5 keywords)

October 30, 2025 – Submission of full papers (between 8-10 pages, Times New Roman font, 12 font size, 1.5 spacing).
