Fuzzy systems in economics

The symposium Fuzzy Systems in Economics is organized, within the Iași Academic Days, at the initiative of the Fuzzy Systems Laboratory within the Economic Research Collective of the “Gh. Zane” Institute for Economic and Social Research.

Now in its XXXV edition, the symposium represents the continuation of a long research tradition of the institute in the field of uncertainty management and data processing, with an emphasis on fuzzy systems, fuzzy logic, fuzzy numbers, aiming both at the development of the conceptual framework and the transfer to areas with great applicability.

With a narrower topic, but of great academic interest and broad social utility, the symposium aims to contribute both to the development of research on fuzzy systems in economics, and to the dissemination and promotion of the results of this research.
